titioners’ Opposition to Motion to Stay and Abey was delivered to the Court Security Of-

ficer for clearance for public filing.

The Reply states that consideration of Petitioners’ Motion to Stay and Abey is

premature pending the issuance of the mandate in Al Odah v. United States, No. 05-0564

(D.C. Cir.), and further guidance from the D.C. Circuit and the Supreme Court on the

various motions and petitions pending before them.

The Reply will be filed via the Electronic Case Filing system when it has been

cleared by the Court Security Office.
