82000-11-22 JUDGMENT IN A CRIMINAL CASE. Dft. present with atty. Alan Nelson, Esq. Dft. Mohammad Iqbal (1) pleaded guilty to count(s) 1. The dft. is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 7 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984. It is ordered that the dft. shall pay a special assessment of $ 100.000 for count 1, which shall paid immediately. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the dft. shall notify the U.S. Attorney for this district within the 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs, and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. The dft. is hereby committed to the custody of the U.S. Bureau of Prison to be imprisoned for a total of four months of home detention pursuant to USSG 5F1.2. The dft. shall be monitored electronically but shall be able to work and have access to regular medical attention (for his heart condition and other ailments). Upon release from imprisonment, the dft. shall be on supervised release for a term of three years. The dft. shall not possess a firearm as defined in 18 U.S.C.
