DeANDRE L'OVERTURE JACKSON, proceeding pro .K , filed a civil rights complaint,

pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 51983. By Order entered August 28, 2013, the court directed plaintiff to

submit within 10 days from the date of the Order the statem ent of assets, an inmate accotmt form

and a certified copy of plaintiffs tnlst ftmd accotmt statem ent for the six-month period

im mediately preceding the filing of the com plaint, obtained from the appropriate prison official

of each prison at which plaintiff is or was confined dttring that six-month period. Plaintiff was

advised that a failure to comply would result in dismissal of this action without prejudice.

M ore than 20 days have elapsed, and plaintiff has failed to com ply with the described

conditions. Accordingly, the court dismisses the action without prejudice and strikes the case

9om the active docket of the court. Plaintiff m ay refile the claim s in a sepr ate action once

plaintiff is prepared to com ply with the noted conditions.

The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this M emorandum Opinion and accompanying

Order to plaintiff.
